What makes the role so great?


As a Customer Success Crew Member, you will be responsible to create and maintain a smooth customer success journey by replying to any of their queries. Using your soft skills and problem-solving skills, you will quickly analyze a case, and clearly communicate all potential solutions, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Respond to any of our customers' queries in a timely manner

  • Come up with suggestions and solutions to improve customer experience

  • Support the team, focus on achieving your targets, and actively contribute to the pursuit of our collective goals


What will you bring?


  • You live already in Athens

  • You have 1-2 years of experience in customer support/ success

  • You are detail-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication

  • You are highly organized and can handle various problems at the same time

  • You strive to deliver the utmost experience to our customers

  • You are proactive and driven

  • You are able to work independently and accurately with a 'hands-on' mentality

  • You have completed a bachelor's degree

  • You are a fluent English speaker and have an excellent understanding of the English language (spoken and written)

This is a full-time job (40h/week), with schedule in rotation (morning/ afternoon shift) based in Athens and is available as soon as possible. You will be part of the Operations team reporting to the Operations Managers.

Job requirements
